The two main chamber fabrics are real-bonded together with a 1/2-inch overlap. Extra seam tapes are added on both sides of the chamber to reinforce the main seam. The overall thickness of the 4-layer chamber seam is 5mm in total, which may double the boat's lifetime compared to many others.
