Seamax Ocean430T features a 4-layer overlap seam finishing, which is the strongest seam construction standard in the inflatable boat industry. The two main chamber fabrics are real-bonded together with a 1/2-inch overlapping, and extra seam tapes are used on both sides of the chamber to reinforce the main seam. The overall thickness of the 4-layer chamber seam is 5mm in total, providing the boat with a potentially double lifetime compared to many others.

Seamax places a strong emphasis on high manufacturing standards. A rigid transom is crucial for inflatable boats, and Seamax has developed a new standard called Transom Stabilizer Reinforcement (TSR) in addition to using solid birch plywood to build the transom. The TSR helps the pontoon disperse motor vibration and weight, extending the overall lifetime of the inflatable boat.

Another unique feature of the Seamax Ocean430T is the Hull Stabilizer Bar (HSB), which was first applied in an 18ft government boat project. The specially made HSB, located near the front deep V-Hull, greatly helps stabilize the boat structure. The tension along the HSB creates an invisible force triangle to stabilize the front Hull and keep the floor in place, resulting in improved high-speed boating performance.

The Seamax Ocean430T specifications include an overall length of 14ft, a beam of 6.4ft, and inner dimensions of 10.0ft x 3.1ft. The boat's dry weight is 250lbs and can carry up to 10 passengers with a maximum loading of 2159lbs. The pontoon diameter is 19.7 inches, with 5 pontoon chambers and 1 keel chamber, all with a Hypalon-type 4-layer overlapped seam and a maximum pressure of 3.6PSI (25kPa). The boat features an aluminum floor and reinforced V-bottom, with a short 16-inch/82-degree shaft and a reinforced transom, suitable for a maximum of 35HP motor (suggested 20-30HP).

In terms of manufacturing standards, Seamax uses commercial-grade boat fabric for the main construction, along with additional features like Keel Center Inner Reinforcement (KCR), Transom Stabilizer & Reinforcement Design (TSR), and Hull Stabilizer Bar Structure (HSBS). The boat also includes dual heavy-duty lifelines, heavy-duty boat bumpers, and heavy-duty D-Ring & Towing Ring patches.

The Seamax Ocean430T comes equipped with a non-skid sectional aluminum floor system with side joiners, fuel tank and battery box tie-down fittings, dual motor pads, and heavy-duty pontoon towing rings. The transom to pontoon adapter is fully reinforced, and marine sealant is applied to resist leakage. Multiple D-ring kits are installed on the inside of the pontoons, along with 3 front towing rings, full-size towing rings on the transom, 6 heavy-duty handles, oar lock sets, and 3-position seat receivers.

Accessories included with the Seamax Ocean430T are 2 aluminum bench seats, 2 aluminum oars, 2 heavy-duty boat carrying bags (for the hull and floorboard), a foot pump, and a boat repair kit with spare parts. Optional reflective plates (7 pcs, 3"x10") that are US Coast Guard approved 3M reflective sheeting in white USCGFP30 (silver) are also available.
