ADJUSTABLE DESIGN: These wheels have 4 adjustment positions for length and angle to customize the leg length. To adjust the leg length, simply push in the spring-loaded buttons on each side of the leg and either pull or push to lengthen or shorten. For adjusting the leg angle, push down on the spring-loaded bar near the top of the leg assembly and move the leg assembly to the desired location. To remove the leg assembly from the bracket, pull out the quick release pin located at the top of the leg assembly.

The new tires are now 12" in diameter and about 4" wide, made of 4 ply reinforced vehicle grade natural rubber that holds up well against UV rays, heat, and salt water for up to ten years.

INSTALLATION: This dolly set should only be installed by an adult with some experience in working with tools. To install the wheelset properly, you will need to drill 5/16" holes in the plywood transom for the mounting brackets. It is crucial to locate the position of the holes correctly, so please check carefully, including the wheel arm position, before starting to drill any holes.

MAINTENANCE: Wash the dolly after use in saltwater or sandy beach. Check the tire pressure before every use. Avoid storing the wheels under direct sunlight or near heat sources to maximize their lifetime. When storing your boat, take the wheel arm off from the transom bracket. Lube the spring-loaded dolly system if needed. Always keep the lock pin on the dolly bracket.

TIRE INFLATION: Dolly tires may not be fully inflated when shipped; please only give 15-20 PSI pressure at room temperature before using. It's best to use a car tire digital air pump to prevent tire over-inflation, as this can cause damage, and the warranty will not cover it.

An optional 14" Dual wheel upgrade kit is available for this Deluxe boat launching wheelset, suitable for heavy loading applications or sandy beach use. We suggest that boats 14ft and up use this upgrade kit, as it provides a wider transom to support 4-wheel operation.

Designed by Seamax, this is the 2nd edition released in 2019. The Seamax Deluxe Boat Launching Wheels system is made of marine-grade T6 aluminum alloy with CNC processing and a shiny anodized coating, making it corrosion-resistant for saltwater use. The small parts are all made of solid stainless steel and reinforced nylon. The air-filled tire is lab-tested (1000 LBS) and can support a maximum loading of 600 LBS in all conditions.

BENEFIT of the new design: With 4 stages of length and 4 wheel arm positions, the dolly can be adjusted while afloat in the boat, making it easy to leave or come into the dock. The dolly system can also be adjusted to different performance positions for boat launching. The wheel arm length increment is 2.5" per stage, and combined with the wheel's diameter, the range of length is 23 - 30 inches, making it a great add-on for inflatable, aluminum, and fiberglass boats.

The wheel arm has 60° and 90° locking positions to move up and down. The upper-60° position can free up more space on the top and side of the transom, while the lower 60° position lets the wheels run at the same level as the prop, acting as a prop guard when boat launching.

The transom bracket installation area is about 8 x 3 inches, and the shorter design allows for more possible installations on different types of boats with varying transoms. The brackets can be installed at the waterline top position, preventing water from entering the screw holes. The updated bracket design in 2019 only requires 2 bolts, making it easier to install with the same loading capacity.
